After every few uses

  • Remove the battery before touching the tool.
  • Brush the air intake vents clear of dust, grass and leaf fragments.
  • Wipe the housing and nozzles with a barely damp cloth, then dry them.
  • Check the nozzles click on firmly and are not cracked or split.

Battery care

  • Charge indoors at room temperature, not in a hot car or a freezing shed.
  • Unclip the charger once the light shows a full charge.
  • Keep the contacts clean and dry.
  • For long storage, leave the cells at roughly half charge.

Simple troubleshooting

  • No power: reseat the battery until it clicks, then confirm it charged fully.
  • Weak airflow: clear the intake vents, and check the nozzle is not obstructed.
  • Short runtime: you may be running full turbo; try half trigger for general work.
  • Rattling: something has been drawn into the intake — stop and clear it.

For a fault or damage that routine care does not resolve, contact product support rather than opening or repairing the tool yourself. Do not open the housing; contact support instead.

Maintenance FAQ

Does a cordless leaf blower need maintenance?
Barely any. There is no fuel system, no spark plug, no air filter and no oil. Keeping the air intake clear and the battery healthy covers almost everything.
Why does the airflow feel weaker?
Nine times out of ten the intake vents are blocked with dust, leaf fragments or grass. Brush them clear with the tool off and the battery removed, and full airflow returns.
Can I wash it?
No. Wipe the housing with a barely damp cloth and dry it. Never rinse it, submerge it, or use solvents on the plastics.
How should I store it over winter?
Indoors, dry, out of freezing temperatures, with the battery removed and at about half charge.
